Tuğba ÇELİK graduated from Istanbul Commerce University Faculty of Law in 2018. After working in various law firms in different fields since her student years, she joined KarSaz Law Firm and has gained experience throughout her career in litigation and dispute resolution, Labor Law, Commercial Law, Contract Law, Family Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, and Criminal Law. She provides legal consultancy on resolving disputes arising from commercial legal relationships, managing the process, legal evaluation and identification of risks related to disputes, drafting and reviewing contracts, and managing litigation processes. She is fluent in English.

Attorney Oruç AYGÜN, after graduating from Near East University Faculty of Law, joined KarSaz Law Firm and has gained experience in litigation and dispute resolution in areas such as Mediation, Foreigners Law, Criminal Law, Commercial Law, Contract Law, Real Estate Law, Inheritance Law, and Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law throughout his career. He specializes in managing processes in commercial and legal relationships, legal assessments, identifying risks related to disputes, and managing these processes. In addition, Oruç AYGÜN, who is fluent in intermediate English and excellent in Arabic, also provides legal consultancy services to foreign investors regarding their investments and citizenship procedures in Türkiye. Attorney Oruç AYGÜN is registered with the Istanbul Bar Association under registration number 60302 and is also a mediator with the Mediation Department of the Ministry of Justice under registration number 22702.

Attorney Bülent SAZ is a partner at KARSAZ Law Firm. He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1995. He received English language training at William Marsh Rice University in the United States in 2006 and 2007. With extensive experience in Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Labor Law, Real Estate Law, Inheritance Law, Contract Law, Trademark and Patent Law, Intellectual Property Law, and Foundations and Associations Law, he represents numerous domestic and international clients. He closely follows current legislative changes in Turkey and worldwide and participates in many legal seminars and conferences accordingly. Attorney Bülent SAZ is registered with the Istanbul Bar Association under registration number 22826 and is also a mediator with the Mediation Department of the Ministry of Justice under registration number 34849.
